Position Description:
This Application Development Team Lead supervises a team of associates
responsible for the design, development, and support of applications
and technologies primarily for the Human Resources and Payroll
people-based application areas. Responsibilities include leading and
supporting projects and associates to ensure that the applications
meet the requirements of the business clients; reviewing and providing
guidance to the development work of others; overseeing production
