Summary of Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

Experience and Educational Requirements

* Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered.
* 3 to 5 years of IT experience with large and complex database application development and reporting solutions.
* Must have good organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

Sr. Associate, Technology provides leadership to the team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture/SDLC. By taking on this level of responsibility, a Sr. Associate spends more time overseeing the tasks required to implement a solution rather than performing the tasks directly. Job Summary
The Director, Technology has high-level responsibility for understanding, planning, and leading the delivery of Technology solutions on client projects. This individual should assume the role of the client's trusted advisor on technology-related topics including technology strategy. Job Summary

Sr. Manager, Technology provides technical leadership and mentoring to Managers, Technology throughout the lifecycle of a project including direction on systems architecture, reuse, and development processes for Fortune 500 clients. Key responsibilities include guiding the design, user interface, and technology integration of projects, interfacing with client's technology and management teams, and gathering information on enterprise-wide trends.


Key Responsibilities

* Utilizes their knowledge of and experience with eBusiness solution, enterprise and deployment architectures.
* Utilizes their understanding of package solutions and recommends their use as part of the solution when appropriate.
* Translates the client’s business requirements into systems design.
* Resolves complex technical issues.
* Understands what it takes to deploy an application.
* Balances the considerations of what it takes to deploy an application.
* Leverages their knowledge of the stages of the One Team Approach.
* Establishes high, mid and micro level plans for the team.
* Independently leads the estimation effort for a project. Reviews other’s estimates and points out holes.
* Identifies and manages risk on project.
* Prepares pieces of a sales proposal and portrays Sapient’s technical expertise.
* Actively works with the account team to establish strategy for the account.



Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
* Minimum of 6-8 years experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, package implementation, and /or interactive design and architecture experience.
* Prior experience in a consulting firm preferred.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multi-task Sapient teams.
* Proven leadership and managerial skills to independently manage 30+ people, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
* Experience providing a vision to the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
* Frequent travel is required.
* Experience with energy trading, financial services is a huge plus.

PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst:

We currently have an opening for a Senior Business Systems Analyst position in the Business Systems Analysis division of IT. The responsibilities include:



* Ability to act as a liaison between operating departments and IT. Will work with operating departments as the functional system expert and to define improved processes and system solutions.
* Using Software Development Life Cycle methodology, will work with IT to develop appropriate specifications from which IT will use to development enhancements to systems. Will be responsible for writing and executing test scripts along with the departmental users.
* Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well with people at various skill levels throughout the organization to achieve the proper solution for all applicable departments.
* Analyzing current processes
* Production support/trouble shooting
* Creation of product enhancements, including documentation and testing of product



Requirements:

* 5+ years PeopleSoft experience from a business systems analyst perspective. This experience should be in multiple PeopleSoft 8 or higher modules. Benefits Admin expertise is highly desired, along with Payroll and HR experience (PeopleSoft HCM Module).
* Experienced with standard Project Management methodology and be able to lead projects with this methodology.
* Proven ability to create detailed system requirement documents for system enhancements
* PMI Certification a plus. Must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be able to handle multiple projects at once.
* Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well with people at various skill levels throughout the organization to achieve the proper solution for all applicable departments.
* Supervisory experience is a plus.

Our health care provider client, located in Honolulu, Hawaii is looking for seasoned Project Managers to provide leadership for their Claim Processing Replacement group from concept through implementation. I need PMs with strong technical backgrounds and who are comfortable managing application development teams as well as working with the business.



These positions are initially slated to run for 6 months, with 1 year extensions for exceptional candidates.



On a daily basis, you will be managing projects specifically addressing Claims Processing for HMOs including authorization, off referrals, and advance network. Your high attention to detail and ability to take proactive initiative will be strong assets in this role.



As our ideal candidate, you must have significant management experience in a Healthcare environment, with full-lifecycle development of solutions in a .Net/SQL Server environment. Strong Visio skills are a huge plus.
